Refund policy

Returns
We accept returns on unopened and unworn items within 14 days of delivery.

Overgrips and dampeners must be unopened in their original packaging. Visors, headbands, and socks must be unworn with tags attached.

How to start a return
Email info@tessitennis.com with your order number and the item you would like to return. We will reply with the return address and next steps.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund goes back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.

Return shipping
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility, unless your item arrived damaged or incorrect. In that case, email us and we will cover everything.
