Shipping policy

Shipping
All orders ship from the United States within 2 to 3 business days.

Standard shipping is free on all orders over $65. For orders under $65, the rate is shown at checkout before you pay.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking. Most orders arrive within 3 to 7 business days after shipping.

If something goes wrong
If your order has not arrived within 10 business days of your shipping confirmation, or arrives damaged, email info@tessitennis.com with your order number and we will make it right.

International
